Energy Advantage is a full service solar, roofing, windows, siding, and gutter installation company. We are looking to hire the right sales people who are passionate about renewable energy, driven by monetary incentives, and have a keen entrepreneurial spirit. We have dedicated in office/classroom training every week, as well as in-field training weekly with experienced team members to ensure the success of everyone on the team. We will provide team members all of the needed technology, training and industry knowledge to acquire skills that will be valuable in their futures endeavors of choice - with or without us. The CEO of Energy Advantage has trained over 550 industry leading sales people, many of whom have gone on to open their own successful businesses and remain friends to this day.
